Chempro started Third Party Inspection activities in 1977 as a division of Chempro Expertise and encouraged by the excellent client confidence, registered as an Autonomous Inspection Authority, Chempro Inspections Pvt. Ltd. in 1987.

Chempro Inspections has an excellent track record of Achievements, Empanelment’s and Recognitions from various Statutory and other relevant bodies like Chief Controller of Explosives, Export Promotion Councils, etc.

Chempro undertakes stage wise inspections of various process equipment’s like Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns, Petroleum Storage Tanks etc. made of various materials like High Alloy Steels, Low Alloy Steels, Exotic materials like Inconel800, Monel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Incoloy etc. The Inspections are carried out as per various international and national codes such as IS, ASME, ANSI, API, AD Merkblätter, BS, DIN, EN, TEMA, NFPA, BIS etc. Chempro undertakes Third Party Inspections anywhere in India and abroad, including final inspection for Proprietary Equipments, Export Consignments, Packaged Units, Engineering Components, API 5L SAW / Spiral Line Pipes (Coated / Uncoated) etc.

Inspections are carried out according to buyer's specifications. Proprietary equipment’s like Boilers, Compressors, Pumps etc. are tested for Factory Acceptance Test, Final Performance Test and Material Test Document verification as per relevant codes and order specifications.
